Yellow, Is It Me You Lookin' For? by Jolie Polish?

Why hello there my friendly yellow! I was sent the Taste the Crelly collection from Jolie Polish a couple of weeks ago but haven't gotten to actually posting my swatches until today. >.< I decided to highlight each polish with its own post just because I want to do more than just swatches with these awesome crellies -- I just have to add nail art. :)

So today I have for you Yellow, Is It Me You Lookin' For? plus some nail art :)

Because this polish is a crelly, it's supposed to be thin because then you can make jelly/crelly sandwich nails or do jelly nail art. I had to apply 4 coats of this polish to make it 100% opaque and it had a matte finish naturally. I did add a clear topcoat to make it shiny though. :)

And just because I wanted to 'defy' that stereotype that indie polishes are only made for swatching... here is some nail art that I did using ALL Jolie Polish colors (aside from black + white acrylic paint).
The names of the polishes I used are:
Yellow, Is It Me You Lookin' For? by Jolie Polish (yellow base)
Hey Pink Hotty! by Jolie Polish (pink roses)
Teal Me This Looks Good by Jolie Polish (green leaves)
White Stripes & Black Outlining is acrylic paint
Hehe.. I realize now this is a really spring-y mani and it's pretty much summer. xD Meh, flowers are always acceptable. ;)

I'll continue my swatches of the Taste the Crellies Collection later next week so stay tuned. :)

Your Polish Pal,
Jenna
