It is nail art time my friends! ;) I know that I have been doing a lot of reviews lately so I wanted to take a break and do some challenging nail art. Yeah, this meant no “simple” dotticure or geometric mani. Instead, I was inspired by a gorgeous painting that Sumaiya Khan @sum_khan did. :)

Memorial Day 2014
Hello friends! I wanted to do a quick post of my red, white, and blue manicure that I did for Memorial Day. I hope that you all had a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend and remember the reason why this day exists -- to honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

Just Add A Bow!
I must have a thing for purple nail polish... and bows lately. ;) I wan to just glue bow onto all of manis! And I think I will do just that because I just received a ton of cute bows from SeAnna Juicy Nails ;D I can't wait to use those but sadly I did this design in particular a few days ago so I didn't have the new bows. </3 But anyway, here is my sad attempt at purple mix and match nails (with a wonky tape accent nail... you can tell that I don't use striping tape often...) xD

Hugs, Kisses, and Hearts!
Whooo! I am posting my first official Valentine's Day nail art for 2014! ;D I've actually done a couple other designs but I'm not happy with the photos I got with them. :( So I decided here, I'm going to do a cute design tonight and take pictures tomorrow morning when I wake up. And this is what I ended up with. ;) I don't know about you, but I rather please with my almost 'midnight mani' creation. Keep reading for more details and pictures!

Shattered Glass Nail Tutorial
Hey, hey guys! Do you remember those legit shattered glass nails I made last month? That mani is one of my favorite manicures of the year and it seemed to be very popular on Instagram too! I was asked by a ton of people to create a tutorial on how I made those shattered glass nails, so here it is. :) I wanted to make a video tutorial but I still don't have the time/equipment so you're going to have to settle for a super picture-heavy pictorial. I am warning you! Haha this tutorial has a TON of photos. It's not hard at all but I just really liked taking photos of glitter. ;) No joke. So if you're interested in making your nails look like a broken mirror, keep reading! <3

E is for Elephants
E is for Elephants. I finally got some feedback on Instagram on what my next manicure should be. Elephants were highly asked for so I decided to go with the crowd! Yeah.. BAD CHOICE. *WARNING* I stink at drawing animals. :/ So I won't be offended if you guys can't tell what these are but you asked for it. xD Literally. Take a look at my 'elephants'.

Mario Mushroom Nails
It's Marioooooooooooo! (You better be saying it in that Mario voice guys!) ;) Actually, no. This isn't Mario and I apologize for lying. It's actually Mario mushrooms! :D It's been so long since I've done some nail art so this is what you all get. Emily (IG@Blueemster) and I finally decided to do our collab (the one that we've came up with months ago but were too busy to actually do until now!). So this is what I came up with. Keep reading to see hers. ;)

Strawberry Nail Art Tutorial
Hey everyone! Believe it or not but I FINALLY have my tutorial ready! *Phew* I did these nails last week but I'm finally ready to post it because it just took me FOREVER to edit and just prepare this post. Mooohahaha! So without any further ado, take a took below and see if you're interested in learning how to make strawberry nails. :) *WARNING: This is a COMPLETE tutorial!* I do have the mini tutorial but I've gotten some complaints that they're too hard. (Read the captions please, don't ONLY look at the pictures :p) But anyway, hopefully this tutorial will be extremely helpful for those beginner nail artists! Hehe.. This is as close as I can get to "Video Tutorials" at the moment. I just don't have the time for those. :(
These nails are super duper easy. ;) All you need is red, green, and yellow nail polish, tape, scissors, and a toothpick/mechanical pencil to draw the lines. :) But let's get started guys!!

Swatch Fest!
Woah... Hey guys! I'm still alive! :D I have been so busy the last month so I'm proud to say that my hardest finals are done and life has begun to settle down again. ;) So, let's have a awesome swatch fest to celebrate! I'd love to highlight 3 Sinful Color polishes today and this was my first time trying to be a "swatcher", so please bear with me. xD Thanks guys!
Quick story on how I obtained these 3 polishes first. ;) They originally were my sister's because she got them as birthday present from an aunt. Well, she isn't into nail polish as much as me... (I know.. it's shocking that we're even related. :O Just kiddin', I absolutely adore my sister!) Well, because I only had 2 Sinful Color polishes at the time and I REALLY wanted the ones she had because she wasn't going to use them anyway. ;) So? I bought them. For how much? A half used pack of tic-tacs. The tic-tacs were the orange flavored.. yum.. but nail polish just meant more to me. ;) Thank goodness she took the bait! Thanks Zoe! <3 Anyway! Let's continue on to the swatches! :D (I'm so proud of these poses hehehe. ;))
Here is Cream Pink by Sinful Colors. I adore this pink! I used 3 coats and topped it with my favorite clear coat, Seche Vite, because it dried matte. (Read more for more pictures of 3 other polishes!)

You Make My Heart Skip A Beat
You make my heart skip a beat... ;) Have you ever felt that way? <3 Hehe but ANYWAY, let's move on from this lovey-dovey stuff. Just take a look at my nails. (Lol... And just for those who are wondering, I will have a "lonely" Valentine's Day but hey! Think about all the yummy candy that goes on sale after February 14th. ;) That's my love. xD But just take a look at my "beating heart" nails. :) I was inspired by the AMAZING Sam and here is my mediocre re-make of her heart beat nails. (View hers HERE). They are just so cute! Mine don't look anything like hers... but meh. Even people like me can try to re-make an expert's nails. xD Continue reading for more more picture spam. ;) Just an idea for some Valentine's Day Nails. :)
Moo haha! I just drew some random lines that connected across the nails and added a heart to my thumb and ring finger to complete the "heart beat". :) And my wonderful friend Emily sent me my first bottle of Seche Vite. xD I've falledn IN LOVE. Oh Seche, will you be my Valentine? ;) White acrylic paint for the design by the way!

Happy New Year's Eve!
Hey everyone! It is the end of the year 2012! Whooo hooo! Finally time to date our paper with 13's and look forward to the new year. :) Actually the New Year isn't really "big" for me but I am very excited for school to start up again! I miss HAVING to have to get up and ready for school plus doing work, hehe. And by my little winter scene nails below, you can tell that I haven't really had anything better to do than to do my nails. :)
