Sometimes the hardest thing about blogging is the lighting aspect... I unfortunately cannot find a window in my little apartment that lets enough natural light in so I apologize for poor photos! (This is the first time I'm blogging from my place, eep!) But hopefully this super fun and simple aztec mani will look good despite the sad lighting. :)

Two Words: Hello Summer!!!

I am finally done with my freshman year of college and let me admit something; painting your nails, taking photos, and uploading them to a blog actually takes a lot more time than thought. Hence, the reason that I've been away from the blogging and Instagram world. :( But that's okay because summer has arrived and it's time for me to get back in the groove! I wanted to come back with something super cute so Winnie the Pooh nails was my answer. :)

What A Jolie Gradient!

Bonjour mes amies! ;) Today I have the pleasure of showing my jolie gradient -- aka my pretty gradient for those who didn't take French in school. xD (No judgement here! I only took 2 years of high school French + a 203 college course which I about died it... >.< The professor knew I was terrible at speaking but luckily the majority of the class was based on the writing so I somehow came out with an A ;)) Hehe enough about the past, let's keep reading to see this sunset gradient I did using all Jolie Polishes.

Hey guys, do you remember my black jelly swirl mani from last week? Well, I'm back at these jelly nails again but this time I'm using pink! :D This rose mani literally took 10 minutes to complete because I used some awesome water decals (Y182) from the Born Pretty Store. Say hello to one of my favorite designs that I have ever done: Jelly Swirls. ;) I have seen a lot of this "jelly technique" on Instagram lately! As you probably notice, there is a solid design with a sheer background; I don't think I've done something this elegant before. <3 I finished this design last Sunday but haven't had time to take pictures until this morning! Feelin' Girly

Two words: Finals Week. It is true, ladies! It is officially finals week and I am so unbelievably ready to be done with school. In less than 72 hours, I will be on summer vacation. ;D Can you feel it? So yes, this last month has been filled with tennis and school. I clearly needed a quick break and wanted something extremely girly on my nails. This is what I ended up with -- pink leopard spots. ;)

 Hurray for another Color Club polish! :D Today I have for you all yet another Color Club polish that deserved a swatch for you all. But along with this Color Club, I decided to pair it with a oober gorgeous glitter bomb by Jolie Polish that you're going to have to keep reading to view. ;)

Why yes, I did go out in the snow to take this bottle shot. ;) This dead plant was just calling for a pop of blue!

And here is what 2 coats of Color Club Evolution looks like on your nails. :) I did not bother to add a topcoat because I knew I was going to add glitter to it. It's not as shiny as In Theory but this formula was a bit more crème-y than In Theory (which was more jelly-like). This blue is a definite must have for any collection though! French Tips + Hearts

Hey, hey my lovely friends! I know I took a quick break from all that pink with some purple yesterday but Valentine's Day is approaching quickly and I have to continue with more girly pink stuff. ;) So today I have for you my basic take at a French Manicure with little red hearts for an accent! This is the first time I've done French Tip nails so I know I have a lot of room for improvement. xD

But apparently it's a girl... xD So haha yeah....)
