Gold Glitter Gradient

Hello, hello my friends! :D I am super pleased to return with a much more festive nail art look than last time. ;) Today I have for you an easy black and gold glitter gradient which would ring in the New Year beautifully -- you know me, simple yet pretty party nails are the way to go!

This is my first time doing a gold glitter gradient and I am LOVIN' the way it looks on black. <3

What A Jolie Gradient!

Bonjour mes amies! ;) Today I have the pleasure of showing my jolie gradient -- aka my pretty gradient for those who didn't take French in school. xD (No judgement here! I only took 2 years of high school French + a 203 college course which I about died it... >.< The professor knew I was terrible at speaking but luckily the majority of the class was based on the writing so I somehow came out with an A ;)) Hehe enough about the past, let's keep reading to see this sunset gradient I did using all Jolie Polishes

Rainbow Zebra Print Tutorial

Hey guys! Here is another short break from the ABC Nail Challenge! :) I do actually have my "K" nails ready but I decided to wait to post them because there is a Rainbow Nail Collab happening on Instagram and we aren't supposed to post the nails until everyone is done. ;) Well... that's ironic because my K nails were my first rainbow patterned nails and I was so obsessed that I decided to do rainbow nails AGAIN. ;D So today I have for you my rainbow zebra nails!!

Currently on Instagram, I have my first VIDEO tutorial on how to do gradient nails. :) Be sure to check it out if you haven't already! (Keep in mind that the IG vids can only be 15 seconds. xD Everyone's favorite part seems to be my quick ending. "Cleanuptopcoatdone." You'll only understand if you watch the video. ;) So click here and watch it!) Now, I'll show you how my finished rainbow zebra nails turned and let's learn how to make your own zebra print art. :)

The Nails I Did NOT Wear To The Wedding

I know I'm taking a short break from the ABC Nail Challenge but don't worry, I have a ton of great ideas for the next few letters. ;) I've been talking a lot about the wedding and I'm sorry but I'm just so excited! I love this couple and their entire family -- we've been friends for a LONG time. :) They couple has been together for TEN years so it's about time for them to get hitched. ;) Yesterday I helped set up and I'll be helping today too we got to look good. xD I was trying to have my manicure match my outfit for today but it just wasn't working... I still LOVE this glitter gradient though! It just seemed too much like fall and I wanted something more summer-y for tonight's mani. I'll show you my outfit tomorrow and what I ended up having on my nails. But let's take a quick look at this reverse glitter gradient (or as some call it, a mermaid mani).

Happy Fourth!

Happy Fourth of July everyone! I'm so sorry that my posts are short and not as well developed as I want them to be but you gotta remember that it's summer break and I'm on vacation with the family/I haven't been back home for the last week and a half. Soooo! This is my super quick 4th of July mani that I did using ONLY Fireworks & Freedom by Laquerlicious and a clear top coat just for the shine. ;) You can by Fireworks & Freedom for only $5 right now so get it before it's gone. ;) Check out THIS blog post for more pictures by the way. ;) Anyway! Think Pink

Hehe oh I'm so happy! (Oh so happy! Very, VERY happy!) Why you ask? (Or may not be asking...) Well, I have a list actually. *Ahem*

 1. I switched up my blog a bit -- It's spring/summer guys! Time to make the background POP. Do you like? ;) Now I need to change my favicon...
 2. I got a 92% on my World History test. Hands down hardest history test I've ever taken. I swear, I thought I was going to get a B or C on it. Hehe... class average was like a C and I was the only A. I feel bad that it was a bad test for everyone but I'm ecstatic that I still did well on that test.
3. I am getting sponsored by several different companions at the moment so STAY TUNED for some upcoming reviews on some fantastic products. ;)
4. While in college, I have met MANY amazing international people. :) They come from so many different countries and are learning English so quickly! (Some in just 6 months is pretty much fluent!! It amazes me by how well they learn another language and especially while going to college). Anyway, I talk to international students ALL the time. They make me laugh and I love telling them about the "American Culture" while they tell me all about theirs. The thing that really MADE MY DAY though was when Arab gal (I've never talked to her until today!) comes up to me and says, "You are very social and nice. I love how you always are talking to us new English-speakers and you don't make fun of us or smile and pretend to know what we're talking about when you really just can't understand our accents." It was way cute and made me feel really good because it's true -- I love talking to people, ANY people. ;) Especially though when I get to learn new things! <3
5. Finally, I BLOGGED 9x this month! Whoooohoooo! I'm getting better at it too, don't you think? Okay. Maybe not the blogging part (my life is somewhat un-amusing to some.. I enjoy it very much though ;)) but the nails have gotten a lot cleaner and cuter. XD Can't deny that!

WOAH.. I haven't really blogged about my life for a while. ;) This is fun! But let's add some nail pictures to make this even better.  Today I have some super simple pink ombre nails!

Phanton Cart Story (& Gradient Nails)

Hey everyone! Here are another pair of nails that I created a couple weeks ago that I'd love to share with you! I take so many photos so it's nice to be able to share them on my blog and not just on Instagram hehe. I have for you today some awesome gradient nails! If you want to learn how to do them yourself, I'd recommend check out Simple Nail Art Designs on YouTube! She's VERY sweet and helpful! I love her videos and she ALWAYS is willing to help you is you have more issues. :)

When I first tried out gradient nails last year, I only used nail polish. But Simple Nail Art Designs' video taught me how to do it with acrylic paint and made it so much easier! So please check out her gradient nail tutorial HERE. You won't regret it! Look how cute mine turned out ;) And only continue reading if you enjoy spam of awesome nails and a short story on how I saved my car AND another from being destroyed by a shopping cart. xD
